Fill the spaghetti cooker to its line with water, stir in the salt, and add the spaghetti. Microwave for the package time.

Meanwhile, add the ghee, butter, garlic, red pepper flakes, and rosemary to the cold Dutch oven and bring up gently over medium-low on the diffuser. Stir until the garlic is golden and the fat smells piney — never let the garlic brown.
